As a loan originator for the Loan Story, Ying provides professional financial service, specializing in purchasing and refinancing residential real estate properties. She helps her clients achieve dreams of homeownership or lower the monthly mortgage payment. She understands the tedious and stressful ordeal customers are faced with during the application process, so she always works closely with each one from the application to the closing and seeks to build up a long-term relationship with clients.

Originally from China, Ying is fluent in both English and Mandarin. She currently lives in the South Bay and enjoys exploring boutiques, restaurants, and hiking.
